Honeybee Collecting.....

Following on from my snaps of flying bees I was attracted to this little fellow nestled in the flower perfectly, collecting pollen

There are 20,000 varieties of bees,honeybees represent only a small fraction.....
Unsure of the name of the flower if anyone knows it,would be interesting.......
