........Good bye old friend......

I've decided to take the plunge.....this trusty, old and increasingly slow computer is going.

I've ordered a shiny, new, red hp laptop plus an external hard drive for collection tomorrow at 9.00.

It also means the big workstation/cabinet can go as well which will free up some space in the dining room, especially wall space. The S & H has advised me to keep the speakers and the monitor for use with the new machine, and I'll still need the printer. The tower will just go up into the loft as it has some sensitive material on it so I can't sell it on or give it away.

It's all change round here these days....new bathroon. new conservatory, new computer, redesigned bedroom and new bed for the Daughter....any one would think we'd won the Lottery! We didn't so don't send begging letters!
