My sweet Italian Mom researched how to make homemade gluten free pasta for the Capeletti this year. We made a batch with the meat mixture. We were all surprised that it was very good. Yeah...my sis in law and I get cappies this year for Christmas and New Years. So cool!

The ones in the shot are the real deal. The gluten free turned out like ravilois and were a different color. But hey I had to miss out completely last year so....I am stoked!

We made 450 regular and about 150 gluten free but we eat about 30 of the gluten free. The makers always get a taste test!!!

Thankful for work around and a mom that will bend tradition so everyone can be included! Love my family!
