Bee on Final Approach

I spent some time today trying to get a good shot of various flowers whose showy side is underneath.

I suspect HDR manipulations would do wonders for the end result of these strongly back lit images.

I don't know the name of these pretty blue flowers.

They populate the area nearby to one of my fellow community gardener's plot.

I'd bet he knows their name.

I was impressed by this bee's final approach to a rather difficult L.Z.
