Mono Monday ... Only Half ...

I participate in the challenge Mono Monday but today not in the theme Bike. I was unable to publish an acceptable image or at least an image I liked and found good enough to publish ... :-(

Half a day there was a bright sun in clear blue sky. But the second half of the day dark clouds were gathering together over the city center of Rotterdam. I'm standing next to the Maritime Museum at Leuvehaven.

You only see the top half of the image.
