Ready for the off!

My first meeting as street president went off fine. No big decisions were needed or made but those present united around some keys messages to share with some absent proprietors about their failure to pay their quotas and certain 'incivismos' that we call disrespectful behaviour around this block. The big game of closing the passageway is still on. We see a little light at the end of the tunnel.
