Rosebud in the rain

I clocked this orange rose on Saturday morning when I returned home from my first trek to town.

It was a day of meeting deadlines and watching (but not responding to) email that rushed into my inbox in a series of digital tidal waves.

Exercise today: long morning running loop in 19'23", sit-ups and weights.
