Certainly not the sun which decided to pay a visit late this afternoon and gave me the motivation to go for a run.

No, not that, but rather the fact that whilst on my run I became aware that about half the village (including our neighbours) have put up their Christmas decorations!! Not trees or anything but general Christmas decoration!!
