Sorry, but today you get a photo of me! I meant to take a picture in Norwich today, but forgot!

I did a good turn first thing, taking a small bag of books to the charity shop. I will take another bag full tomorrow and every day this week, until I've clear the box that sits in my lounge.

My daughter commented yesterday on the format of my blips - ie time I got up, time I got home etc, & I suppose it is very predictable, perhaps boring, yes,thinking about it, it is boring to read what time someone got up every day. So I'll reduce that element of my diary and see if there is anything interesting left in my day, once that repetitive stuff is removed! I would say I'll stop 'rambling' but I've already managed to ramble for a whole paragraph without saying anything, so it's something I couldn't possibly promise!

I worked until 5.30 as it was my 'late night' and got quite a bit done. It is a pretty empty office after 4.30 as most staff are in at 7.30-8am. A good hour before me!

Home at 6.40 (sorry, I can't do it without times!!) Henry had got himself dinner - chicken burger, pasta with pesto and corn. For a non cook myself, I think I've done pretty well with him. He had also made me a cup of tea!

I spent between 7 and 8pm cooking, eating & washing up. I can't actually work out what has happened to the 2 hours since then, but I have been doing online quotes for home insurance, to find a cheaper option. I think I've made a decision - I just hate that final 'click here & pay your money - you are now committed' moment. So I haven't yet done it.

I'm now off to bed. I have a week of getting up early to walk the dogs to look forward to. I need my sleep.
