DESERTED PARK

Was woken up early by the builders next door drilling loudly.  Monday seems to be their day for being extra noisy.  They have been working for a couple of months now and I'm getting rather weary of the noise and the fact that they park their big van across my driveway - very close to my gateposts so that I have to squash past to get out into the street. ( see my extra shot )  I mentioned this to one of the workmen today and asked if they could park further away.  We will see if they take any notice.

Weather has been terrible all day.  Cold with constant rain. I have walked down to the village twice.  Once to go to the bank and also get some shopping.  And then again later on to go to slimming club. My weight stayed the same this week.

I took my blip shot when I took a short cut through the park past the tennis courts. Lots of Autumn leaves blown up against the fencing.
