Monday Night Supper

Hamburger cheese bake. This is a recipe from my 1960's era red plaid Better Homes and Gardens cookbook. It is a classic and a family favorite and one I have been making for over 40 years now. I make it a couple of times a year, and we always enjoy it. Good with a green salad.
