A Fishy Tale  of Mackerel , Leek Potato Chowder !
On waking, the sky was awash with clouds that resembled a beach when the tide has gone out . My mind turned to the sea and fish . Then to Rogacki Berlin .( truly the finest shop for fish anywhere in Europe ) Once there I asked for smoked Mackerel  fillets and as you see was rewarded with freshly smoked  direct from the oven .So excited I blurred one shot. The aroma was wonderful .I bought five and they were very warm . Back home it was cooking time .I've included a shot of  bowl of the finished product plus Brotchen ..
