My healthy eating has been more unhealthy than healthy this weekend and today's excuse for cake was a visit from Alan's support worker Gill, who is off work recuperating from a wee op.

Alan is missing her SO much so he was mega excited to see her, especially when she produced a Minions advent calendar and a Minions light!    They spent a lovely time together in each other's company.  Poor Gill is desperate to be back at work as she's missing Alan too.   

I rescued her from Alan's clutches for a little while and we had coffee and cake and a catch up, but it wasn't long before she was back with Alan, making plans for her return and all the mischief they will get up to.  

We really have been so lucky with the team of people we have supporting Alan and we are absolutely over the moon to have a new member of the team joining us shortly.  

A lovely young lady called Charlene accepted our job offer this morning and we are all very happy.    :-))
