Noshing

My little grandson thoroughly enjoyed a piece of Granny's birthday cake this afternoon!! There wasn't a sound from him as he munched away!
Much excitement after breakfast this morning as the children arranged the presents and cards in the sitting room before I was allowed in!!
New earrings, cookery books, warm scarf, bed socks, and a dear little heart of beads made for me by my granddaughter.
Later on, several phone calls and Facetimes completed a lovely day, although the house is now very quiet as this family have gone back to London.
And Russet is moping!
