presenting today. Started early with a spinning session,  to get the blood flowing. The only other spinner turned out to be a serious runner who shuns mere marathons: an ultra runner. I wish her luck in the ballot for the Marathon des Sables . I'm hoping to survive a 10K at the weekend.
