Tea Time at the National Gallery

Actually, we were at the Gallery's self-service cafe for a late lunch, and all I had from this always tempting display was a large cookie (with hazelnuts and chocolate chips, just behind the lemon cake and in front of Marylee), plus a sandwich (they are visible in back on the right on the right). We often have lunch here when visiting the Gallery--it's quick and convenient.

We had just seen the exhibition of Goya portraits in the Sainsbury wing--nearly 70 of them; just superb.  It was reportedly ten years in the making, with an impressive number of loans.
