Mondays lately are super busy - at 430 i drove out to Wild Rose Farm to watch some Envirothon kids learn about soil - and learned quite a bit myself - mostly that i miss having my hands in the dirt coaxing food out of the soil - lettuce - healthy vibrant greens - beautiful and yummy
