Walkies

Out for my first cycle in about a month at least.

Boy it was a toughie too. Keith's route took in two big climbs of 7% and 11% gradients so I had little left in my legs by the time I reached Carnwath cafe stop at The Apple Pie.

Took the dogs out once home along the trail to the pond and back.
