Buyer's Take

Here's the buyer's take on the Mayan Sweets onion grown in the farmlands of Peru: Cousin to the Vidalia, this Peruvian onion is known to be super sweet and less pungent than others claiming to be sweet onions.

I love cooking with them and they are what I'll be using in my recipes this Thanksgiving.
