Red Lily

A fairly uneventful day so far, with a visit to the village and to the bottle bank first thing. Then I planted the seven plants I bought yesterday for £5.50. They were on the shelf for those needing TLC. I bought ten last week varying in price from 50p to £1 and all are growing well so I do not see why these should be any different. There were a lot more waiting to be rehomed, but they were not the kind I wanted so I left them for someone else.

I blipped this flower when it was in bud on Wednesday 6 June 2012 and now one flower if fully out; hopefully with the glorious sun we are having today the others will open very soon.
