We had a nice morning in the garden cutting hedges and taking a couple of blips thinking we would take more blips this afternoon.

But this afternoon was a disaster because of the bad weather. We went to what we thought was a Arms Forces Day event that was going to have has craft stalls and a band. It had been cancelled and no-one had let me know.
We then went on to another event that my niece had organised to celebrate her church's 100th anniversary. There was a procession and street party with stalls and games. The procession went ahead in the rain, a lot of the stall holders hadn't turned up and the street party had to go indoors. The children had a good time though.

Anyway tonight we are off to my sisters for a meal so we are looking forward to that.
