La Paloma Park

Once again. We go there at least once a day. It's such a lovely place to walk.  Today we fed the birds with old dry bread. My husband said that now we really are like seniors. In the morning we come to park to feed birds. :-D

Today we made the decision about flats. We didn't get the house we wanted, or we could have, but they lifted the price because of the dogs and the lift was 100€/month. That's too much for a year. Especially when we know the dogs don't harm the place. The floors are stone, so there's no way they could make any marks on it.

So, we took the offer my aunt made us. It wasn't free like we were let to believe, but a very good offer anyway. And I feel better to pay and not to be a free loader. And since their house will be empty on 13 of Dec, in the meantime we'll go to Axarquia, which in east from Malaga. We rented a penthouse with nice terrace with a pool. It's off season, so the price is good. I can't wait to see if the place is really what it is in the pictures. We could have visited the place before, but we trust it will be good and decided not to. And since we pay on arrival there's no risk. We can always go to a hotel if it doesn't check out. I've never lived in a penthouse, so it's very thrilling to get to experience if really is that fab!

It's been warm again. Temps up to 20°C. But as the evening progresses the winds are getting strong. I had some laundry on the wire with clothespin and my trousers were flown to the roof. Luckily they were saved with a long stick.
