Red-roofed hut

This is the formal name of this old fisherman's hut at Rye Harbour. To the right you'll see the nose of a fishing boat heading out of the harbour towards the sea.

Mid-week matinee for the birds so lots about but no real stars - wall-to-wall lapwings and golden plovers but not an avocet to be seen; probably indoors with a brew and daytime TV. I was down here following a check-up at the surgery, all good and my blood-pressure is "perfect" which is nice.
