Getting to that time of year when I actually have a social life! I decided today that I really do need to start being a bit more sociable and a bit more confident in myself. I rarely look forward to a night out although I enjoy it when I get there, but I am quite shy and don't mix well.

Anyway it was the local FA annual meal tonight at a local carvery, it was all a bit of a rush getting Charlotte home from brownies, collecting my friend to babysit ....but it's been a good night. Good food and lots of chatting.

This was my mum's and her mum's before that. Maybe some of her party spirit rubbed off!
