Bread Ceyeke

Eye meyede a traditional Icelandic Brauðterta, 'bread cake', to bring to work today and had a really fun teyeme last evening decorating it as best eye could.
There's an extra picture of it from the side where you can see the decoration better.
Eye think this is a Scandinavian thing as eye found the word Smörgåstårta used on English recipe sites for this kind of cake or Sandwich Cake, that eye don't think matches the food as it isn't a sandwich.
