Health Walk @ Lytham St Annes

There's a little egret in there somewhere. I didn't have time to get any closer. 

On Thursdays I go out with a group of people on a fast walking health walk. There's no time to take photographs, but if I sneak my camera into my rucksack, and run to catch up, it is just about doable. I thought I had given up running but obviously not.
