Bright and Breezy Saturday

We had a few last minute things we need to do for the Christening including buying some beers for the godfathers. The best place to do this is The Ship in a Bottle in West Kirby. We couldn't go there without a beautiful walk and although it was sunny it was indeed very windy so we stayed on the main road rather than the marine wall. We had lunch out and Alf was impeccably behaved as oer usual. At 8:30 Sarah and Jim arrived with Lilly and we had a solitary glass of wine. Saturday nights just are not as crazy any more.
