A tasty morsel?

Another day with a 6am start - so dark now! After packing Ben and Alex off I went for a walk along the river to get some much-needed exercise before a long committee meeting over a very nice lunch in Prezzo. 

I was too late to catch the early morning mist, but the light was beautiful, though it started to cloud over towards the end of my walk. It seems to have been a good year for long-tailed tits, and I saw several large family groups. I think this one has just spotted something for its breakfast!
