Impossible coconut pie

Remember those? You blend all the ingredients and pour it into a pan and bake. It magically creates a crust as it cooks. For this one, I used coconut milk so it would be lactose free. It was beautiful. BUT- with one taste, we knew it was gross! Yuckiness extraordinaire. Thank heaven I also made an apple pie and Creme brûlée!
