Sunrise lighting the houses

A beautiful morning giving way to chilly, dull day.

I had an early appointment with the Practice Nurse and as I left I noticed how the sunrise was casting a beautiful golden glow on the neighbouring houses. You can see the light angled through some gaps and created a great contrast between the dark and the lit areas. By the time I got in the car it was gone. Still, it was a magical moment to start the day.
