Cassowary

Edinburgh Zoo today.

All the animals were special in their own way, but this cassowary really grabbed my attention. It's supposedly a shy animal but this one was gracious enough to let me gaze upon its splendour for a while. It's so dinosaur-like! Simply fascinating.
