Rydal Water

What a wet day!  We went to Ambleside to meet Ali for lunch and on the way back we stopped at Rydal water and went down to the edge of the lake in the pouring rain. Cameras, Lenses etc got soaked (including us) and Jane and I ended up with exactly the same shot.

It's interesting to see how differently we interpreted it through processing.  I went for the high key effect to emphasise the mistiness of the background whereas Jane went for the moody mono effect.
