Happy Birthday Perry

I was lucky enough to attend an art exhibition tonight to celebrate this man's birthday. He has enjoyed art as a pastime for many years alongside a busy life as a doctor and his paintings were varied and showed an understanding of many different techniques. He told me that the best way to understand something (in art and music) was to actually do it.

He is in the same Art Group as my Mum.

He is charming, self-effacing and sharp as a tack.

You really wouldn't believe he is a hundred years old.
