Rose

Today I visited the Horticultural Show. The members of the Rose Society had a large display there. I took one of our own roses along hoping one of the exhibitors would be able to identify it for me. A friend offered to put them in a vase and look after them. Later in the day one of the rose experts phoned to let me know that my rose is very likely one called "Peter Frankenfeld". Further research has confirmed her decision. The rose I have displayed here is called "Mary's Love".... It was floating in a bowl of water at the show and looked rather lovely.
