Fido?

It was a long day.  Nothing seemed to go quite right.  I struggled with the January rota for a while.  Then went to a meeting where we spoke about our recent CQC inspection, and the steps that need to be taken to improve the way our department functions, and more particularly, the image we project.

Then an evening on the shop floor, where I seemed to be unable to focus on one thing (or patient) at a time.  Everything I did was interrupted in some way.  Late off, late home, 11pm and still no photo, not even Fido was co-operating!
