A Sleepy Slippery Saturday .

Very early this morning was just dropping off to sleep when a light in the sky caught my eye .Outside was extremely cold and clear so it could have been a planet.Winter is the best season for such viewing .Small to the eye but wonderful ( either Venus or Jupiter). Out of bed .Coat,  hot drink and to the balcony plus tripod .The moon and  planet were very high .  I settled for the moon . Result ,I woke  up half asleep later than usual and  to  sleet  & snow. Shopping had to be done .Thanks be for the UBahn. Lindner a wonderful deli and bakery chain only to found in Hamburg and Berlin. This branch shown Top R is a small one but the coffee 'charged my batteries'. Later back at Theodor Heuss Platz, flowers and Advent Candles were the order of the day. A splash of colour outside the supermarket .Up in the tree sat ravens ( this variety  are peculiar to Berlin ) They were on the look out for food . The shot was made in standard colour .Proves Berlin has Mancunian type days at times .
