I can never remember the name of this flower but we were given a bunch of them last week by a visiting friend.  This is a close up shot taken on this rather windy but mainly dry day.

A visit to the allotment as there is always weeds to pull up and then back home to sort out our son's bedroom.  He has been travelling for over a year but is returning for five weeks before going back to where he left off.
