'Clearly you've never been to Singapore'

What a fantastic city/country (it's a bit confusing, isn't it?) this is! I've honestly never seen a better designed place, particularly the area where this photograph was taken - The ArtScience Museum. 
Still not quite sure what Jack Sparrow was hinting at, though.
