The Library of Birmingham

Today we are in Birmingham looking at some of the new modern architecture which fits in remarkably well against the buildings and canals of its industrial past. There's a lot going on and up- the library which has a fabulous roof terrace from which you can see the whole city: new Grand Central shopping over New Street, the Mailbox and the Cube, not to mention of course the revamped Bullring and Selfridges.
