I blame Pinterest.

The Girly made her first pom poms with two pieces of card at her Brownies weekend. She's been wanting to do more, so I thought about helping her make a garland. Then I did the silly thing and looked on Pinterest. I thought that the wreaths were really cute, but surely the Styrofoam forms would be hard to find here. Yeah, right. The first shop that I walked into yesterday was stacking several sizes onto the shelves in haberdashery, and they weren't extortionate. The Girly had found that she likes my pom pom makers much better than cardboard and we've had a lovely afternoon of working together.
