Cooper Hawk (I think )

Not a great photo - but was so interesting
This Hawk was there foe a long time making a short noise EXACTLY like a dog squeak toy !!!!! It was so odd it confused me. Then 100 meters (haha that's for you Europeans) away, (in a tree ) was his exact duplicate hawk calling back to him.
I know animals communicate, but it floors me to witness it.
Not sure what all the excitement was about .
