First Sunday in Advent.

Church 8 am, the first candle was lit for Advent, the sermon started with the celebrant say ..... " I moved my book mark from the back of my prayer book to the beginning, and thought here we go again, followed by reflecting on the stage show " Salad Days" when 2 young graduates were very in love and sang" We said we'd never look back" , continuing the sermon we were advised to look forward" ! I do hope sincerely that the heads of state will make the right decision , all this talk of Air Strikes just terrify me. I hope we can all strife for peace .
Plans changed today, we were going out but the weather has made it easy to decide to watch the F.1 instead!!
