Yakushima Fern

Yakushima island has World Heritage status due to its rich flora -over a 1000 species of ferns and moss. We visited a Plant Nursery in the morning before heading back to Kyoto, which included a HydroFoil sea crossing and 6 hours on 2 Bullet trains.
