Congratulations Ali and Kerry.
Today me and Stu popped to go and have another look at the windows we want. I loved them just as much this time as when I first saw them. We had a chat with the woman about a few things and explained we just had to wait for planning before we could order them. We were going to pop to another place but we both decided that as it is such a big part of the house we should go for the ones we really want.
This meant we were back in time to pop to the Christmas fair up the road with Mom, Dad, Gem and Tyler. It was quite small, but Tyler won a selection box and a bottle of wine on the tumola (better than last nights attempt), and Mom won a second hand bag and teddy - which she donated back to be sold on one of the stalls (Kath Price would not use a second hand bag!). Tyler also went to see Santa and had a ride on a pony (see extra), while me Gem and Stu took a few sneaky selfies in the nativity scene.
Headed home to get ready for Ali and Kerrys engagement drinks. We got into Birmingham on the train (Don't thinks Dad was impressed) and met My Auntie Julie and Uncle Bob (who had drove all the way from Norwich) for a meal at Pasta Di Piazza. It was delicious as always. Then we walked over to The Drop Forge. It was lovely to see everyone and have a catch up and a few drinks (Todays photo is of Gem, Stu and Me as I was a bit drunk and forgot to take any other photos).
The wedding isn't until 2018, but I'm sure it will be worth the wait.
Congratulations Ali & Kerry
