Thandling (!)

I went to a workshop today. One of the sessions was a creative problem solving. They've coined the term "thandling" (thinking-handling" to describe a process where rather than describing the problem, you sculpt it and then work through it with others.  Sounds a bit odd but there is academic research from  the University of Technology Sydney to back it!
