The View from the Bridge

Looking along Scarborough's Foreshore from
the Spa Bridge in the early light. This bridge
constructed in 1827 will have been walked
many times by the Bronte sisters who stayed
at Woods Lodgings which were demolished
to make way for the Grand Hotel which towers
over the North end of the bridge.
