Party Time

Today was all about the evening do in Birmingham.

It was the engagement party of Ali and Kerry. Ali is Claire's cousin who we don't see often enough, he and his now fiancée Kerry make a  lovely couple. They actually got engaged in Paris a few weeks ago but had this family and friends get together so we could all celebrate. 

We met up earlier with Claire's aunty and uncle in the wonderful Italian in St.Pauls square, Birmingham. I had the Veal which was simply divine and certainly made up for the poor meal the night before.

We did do some house related stuff in the morning and finalised the windows that we are having installed as soon as we hear from planning.

A good weekend so far.
