A hard days work

Last of the busy days today.
Started off with not quite lying to my friend about her surprise birthday party tonight. Then had a really good learning session with angharad to do with sketchbooks and double weave.
Then it was off to work. My friend Gwen popped by for a little bit so I did some more of robs sock. My blip is of the sock in progress in front of the wall of yarn at work.
Had an hour or two at home that involved finding the carpet in thom's room. Then headed out to my friend aislings surprise 40th party. She might forgive me one day for not telling her about it.
It's been a lovely day catching up with good friends and a good start to the summer.
