Golfing girls shopping...

Lovely lazy Sunday morning, chilly outside, cozy in. Breakfast in bed with the paper. Watched young son win hockey game on internet hooked up to our biggest TV. Finished up the last of the Christmas decorating then off to meet my golfing friends at the big golf sale that we wait all year for - the annual Glen Abbey golf sale, starting @ 50% off. We each found a few pieces for our golf wardrobes and had fun trying clothes on and showing each other. This shot is overlooking the famous 18th hole where approximately 14 years ago a young Tiger Woods made an incredible shot to win the Canadian Open golf tournament. We were happy to spend the afternoon together but sad and upset to hear that the wheels are now in motion to close this historic course and put up houses! I left my friends and went off to the pool for an hour of laps then home for a great crockpot roast dinner, wine and the Canadian Grey Cup football game.
