Raining In Green Street

As I came out of the supermarket I noticed that the cobbled street was glistening with the rain, even though the day was dull and grey again. I've had a lovely weekend with my eldest daughter who is now on her  way home to Sussex, a two hour journey from Cambridge. She rearranged my furniture so that I am now able to sit away from the patio doors in my favourite chair. I must say the room does look nicer and I'm cosy and warmer.
